At Profilator, we are committed to integrity, transparency, and compliance with legal requirements. To detect and prevent potential legal violations at an early stage, we have established an internal reporting office in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz).

Who can report a concern?

Employees, suppliers, customers, and other internal or external stakeholders may contact our reporting office if they become aware of serious violations related to business activities at or with Profilator.

Confidentiality and legal protection

 All information will be treated with strict confidentiality. Whistleblowers – as well as individuals supporting them or those affected by the report – are protected by the German Whistleblower Protection Act from retaliation or other disadvantages.
